FAQs

  • It is preferred that you use the supplying dealer or one of Automate’s approved repairers whose workmanship and quality is closely monitored to ensure that they are providing the best customer service.

    However, if you want to use your local repairer, you must make sure that they follow our claims and procedures.

  • The vehicle must be serviced according to the schedule stated in the manufacturers hand book and by a VAT registered repairer.

  • Selling your car with the extended Warranty will increase its desirability and its value. To request a transfer of the Warranty simply complete the Transfer Request found in the Policy booklet.

  • Within 14 days yes, free of charge and with no quibble or hassle. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we’ll be happy to help you do it.

    After 14 days or if you have already made a claim we will always do our best to help you cancel your policy. We may be able to reimburse some of what you paid for the proportion of time uncovered.
